Dear Reunion Classes:

Your Class Anniversary is coming up soon, and we would like to compile an Anniversary Directory and Newsletter containing photographs of all classmates. We would appreciate your taking the time to fill out the attached questionnaire below which will be reproduced into a Reunion Booklet to be distributed to your class. THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING YOUR COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRE IS September 26th.
